Terms and Conditions

By authorising any work, purchasing goods, or booking services with Mian’s Tyre & Autocare, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. All quotations and estimates are provided in good faith and may change if additional repairs, parts, or services are required. Where reasonably possible, customers will be contacted for approval before any additional work is carried out. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Ownership of all tyres, parts, and materials supplied remains with Mian’s Tyre & Autocare until full payment has been received, and the company reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until all outstanding amounts have been paid.

Manufacturer warranties apply where available; however, warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, road hazards, or failure to properly maintain the vehicle. Tyre performance and lifespan depend on factors such as driving conditions, wheel alignment, vehicle maintenance, and road conditions, and therefore no specific mileage or lifespan guarantee is provided. Any additional faults identified during servicing or repairs may require further work, and customers will be advised accordingly before proceeding whenever practical.

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from their vehicles, as Mian’s Tyre & Autocare accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle. Vehicles should be collected promptly once repairs or servicing have been completed, and storage charges may apply to vehicles left uncollected for extended periods. Nothing in these terms limits the rights of consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand laws, and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
